Exploring the online learning response to predict students’ satisfaction

Online learning is carried out as an effort to utilize information technology available in higher education institutions anticipation of changes the educational environment. There are 9 questions determine students' understanding perception. processed qualitatively using concept Affinity diagram Pareto diagram. From these diagrams, interpretation can made by referring other researchers relevant theories. that main inhibiting factors implementing level access internet, low flexibility assignments submission deadline, ineffective feedback students, unclear instructions.
